The Pistol Range Look 2025

Currently there isn't a formal Pistol League, it's a gathering of members and non-members who just want a structured format to hone in on their shooting skills or just practice shooting.  It certainly beats shooting alone at a paper target.  Compare your skills with others.

 8 rounds of 6 targets  -  4" Plates for .22 Rim fire, 8" plates for Center fire. 48 shots per game. Each Plate worth 10 points. 480 is a perfect score.

• 2 nine second rounds of 6 plates
• 2 eight second rounds of 6 plates
• 2 seven second rounds of 6 plates
• 2 six second rounds of 6 plates
  
  Times are recorded with a shot activated recorder, time penalties can be added to score (if you want them added to simulate a competition).  Hits are tracked and recorded.  Every shooter will be handed their final score on paper
  
  
  

.22 Rim fire, and any standard Center fire Pistol Round are allowed. We prefer non magnum loads.

Starts To be determined at 2:30 PM, till everyone who wants to shoot has shot.  This is the 48 shot Falling Plate Event.  We’ll maintain records for a Final Match between the Top 5 Shooters in this League. The final event will be a Two Shooter Match competing on timed Plate Racks.  Club Membership is not required. 

Just $2 for a total shot count of 48.

As a member this is always open to you.

Use of any of our ranges it is mandatory to sign in all members participating.   Please if you have a guest sign them in as well.  Leagues need not sign in.  The sign-in book is located in the mailbox at the rifle station. 

1. ALWAYS Keep The Gun Pointed In A Safe Direction
2. ALWAYS Keep Your Finger Off The Trigger Until Ready To Shoot
3. ALWAYS Keep The Gun Unloaded Until Ready To Use
4. Wear eye and ear protection as appropriate.
5. Be conscious of the direction your laid down firearm in pointed.
