Why have I not recieved a key this year.

We are using a combination lock in 2024. Everyone will have their own combination for that lock.

When I mail in mY DUES PAYMENT DO I NEED TO WRITE ONE CHECK FOR DUES AND ONE FOR THE RAFFLE TICKETS?

No place the total amount due on one check.

What happens if i do not get my dues in on time?

As the By-Laws state: You my loose your membership for that year if not Postmarked by the last day in February . We usally wait to after the March Monthly meeting before we start fill any open slots from the waiting list. Once those slots are full at 400 members the membership for that year is closed. You will need to place your name on the waiting list for next year. The reason for this rule is our membership dues is our budget for the year. We have bills to pay Insurance, School Taxes, Town, County, and fire Taxes, and if we do not fill all the slots on time that effect are yearly operating budget projections.
